Picture It Clearly is focused on creating innovative solutions to recruiting, training, and evaluation challenges.  We create customized client-specific workplace documentary productions to enhance and improve upon a company’s existing efforts. 

 

All of Picture It Clearly’s filming is in high-definition (HD) format.  We utilize your employees, not actors, so that viewers see the jobs as they are.  We create workplace documentaries in their truest sense, with the goal of presenting a job “as it is”, depicted by the professionals who perform the job on a daily basis.

 

Recruiting: The workplace documentaries we create show potential employees that your company believes in accurately presenting a job opportunity.  That you understand the only way to insure a successful hire is for an applicant to see the good elements of a job, as well as the challenges they will face.  By presenting a job accurately, rather than selling an applicant on the job, both the applicant and the company will be better off. 

 

Training:  The workplace documentaries we create utilize your best performers, teaching others how they achieve their results.  Trainees relate better to actual job performers doing a job, rather then an actor.  Your employees will take pride in the fact that their company recognizes the efforts of their employees and utilizes them to teach others.

Picture It Clearly was founded by Matthew Picozzi in 2006.  As a partner and Senior Vice President of an employee leasing company that specialized in providing commercial truck drivers, Mr. Picozzi saw the challenges his company faced trying to service customers.  There seemed to be a disconnect between how a job was presented and what the actual job entailed, that ultimately negatively effected all involved.  As a new father, Mr. Picozzi purchased a digital video camera and editing software.  One Sunday morning, while editing a video of his daughter Mya’s first bath, the solution to his work frustrations hit him . . . Picture It Clearly was conceived.

 

Mr. Picozzi’s diverse educational background includes: an MBA in Management Information Systems from LaSalle University,  winner of the Excellence Prize (LaSalle University), BA from Franklin and Marshall College with a major in Economics, winner of the Theodore M. Wood Prize in Economics (Franklin and Marshall College), and an Associates Degree in Chef Training from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College.
